What you will do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple large-scale IT projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards.
• Translate client requirements into delivery objectives, milestones, and effective project schedules.
• Implement industry-standard PMO practices for schedule, risk, and communications management.
• Partner with technical teams (data engineering, QA, architecture) to translate constraints into executive-level reporting.
• Maintain disciplined RAID logs, proactively identifying risks and managing escalation paths.
• Conduct detailed resource planning and capacity management to support delivery commitments.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading technically complex IT projects, with 8+ years in a dedicated Project Manager role.
• Proven ability to drive projects through the full lifecycle using Project Charters, RAID, and RACI.
• Demonstrated experience in healthcare IT implementations, with payer-side experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in managing hybrid environments combining Agile execution with milestone-based planning.
• Technical fluency in software development, data engineering, system integration, and architecture.
• Experience with Smartsheet, Jira, and AI agentic tools.

Nice to have

• Direct exposure to US Medicaid payer environments.
• Formal project management certification such as PMP® or PRINCE2®.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
