Compensation: $170K – $200K + Equity

What you will do

• Lead Brand Design program management, including roadmap development, project scoping, and resourcing.
• Manage a high volume of simultaneous projects across web, digital, social, brand systems, and event design.
• Scale and evolve brand design systems and optimize operational rhythms in partnership with the Art Director.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and Client Engagement to ensure seamless design integration across all surfaces.
• Implement AI tooling and automation within the creative workflow to drive efficiency.
• Uphold and advocate for design quality across cross-functional teams and vendors.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a creative producer, design producer, or design ops manager.
• Background in brand, frontend development, or marketing design.
• Strategic experience developing complex program roadmaps in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience implementing AI tooling and driving adoption within a creative team.
• Ability to manage up and distill complex information for creative leadership.
• Must be based in the USA (indicated by US-specific benefits like 401k and HSA).
