What you will do

• Enter technical information from fire and life-safety inspection reports into internal corporate systems.
• Process a high-volume daily queue of records following strict operational rules for complex documents.
• Transition into a Quality Control Specialist role to review and audit data entered by other contractors.
• Verify that all data architecture fields are complete and error-free.
• Identify, track, and correct transcription mismatches and data discrepancies.
• Isolate and escalate highly complex records for managerial intervention.

Requirements

• Natural ability to identify minute discrepancies, formatting errors, and missing metrics.
• High level of dependability and focus for repetitive, volume-driven data processing.
• Ability to apply technical feedback and adapt quickly to shifting system procedures.
• Clear written communication skills to articulate system problems to leadership.
• Availability to work Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM CST (Lisle, IL Time).
