What you will do
- Assist with client onboarding by preparing documentation and liaising with internal teams.
- Gather, verify, and input client information into internal systems.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on case progression.
- Support the preparation of NHS pension analysis by collating relevant data.
- Ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
- Monitor compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably within financial services, accountancy, payroll, or pensions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Confidence in communicating with customers over the phone.
- Must be based in or able to commute to Blackpool for a hybrid arrangement
