What you will do

• Perform 20 or more primary source verifications (PSV) daily.
• Verify practitioner licenses and check for sanctions using agencies, NPI, and SSDMF.
• Obtain and verify Professional Liability Insurance and malpractice claim history.
• Update practitioner data in the PROMIS system within predetermined timelines.
• Communicate with practitioners via mail, fax, or phone to obtain required information.
• Maintain a strict accuracy rate of no less than 99%.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED certificate.
• 1 year of computer experience, including word processing and spreadsheets.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Stable internet connection (minimum 50 down/10 up Mbps).
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
