What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end order-to-cash workflow, including contract setup and invoice adjustments.
• Process Enterprise customer orders and adjustments in strict accordance with company policies and guidelines.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders via email and phone to resolve order processing issues and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain and update accurate CRM contract records and order tracking systems.
• Analyze operational data to respond to stakeholder queries, resolve disputes, and inform decision-making.
• Perform critical back-office functions to support sales teams in achieving revenue goals.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in order-to-cash, order fulfillment, or a shared services environment.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and extract meaningful insights.
• High level of accuracy in managing processes, conducting audits, and preparing reports.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Dublin office (Hybrid).

• Experience with Salesforce and other productivity platforms.
