What you will do

• Conduct quality audits on job sites to ensure route work is completed efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Perform NIM job audits post-turnover to identify reliability issues and provide recommendations for future installations.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and on-the-job training to field mechanics.
• Analyze accounting reports to monitor route profitability and provide data-driven feedback to management.
• Collaborate with sales staff to provide technical input on scope of work, materials, and labor costs for repair bids.
• Ensure strict adherence to federal, state, and local elevator industry code requirements.

Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of the construction industry and general management skills.
• Bachelor's degree, or 2 years of experience managing at a branch departmental level, or an equivalent combination.
• Proficiency in writing professional reports, contract proposals, and business correspondence.
• Ability to interpret complex technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form.
• Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicles Report are required.
