What you will do

• Lead and develop leadership teams managing up to 300 indirect employees
• Manage end-to-end warehouse logistics to achieve quality, productivity, and cost targets
• Steer operational performance using KPIs and implement sustainable improvements
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety, labor regulations, and GDP/ISO 9001 standards
• Lead logistics projects and the implementation of new operational concepts
• Provide structured reporting on performance and risks to the Director of Logistics

Requirements

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or similar
• 5–7 years of experience in warehouse operations with senior leadership responsibility
• Proven track record of managing large teams through multiple leadership layers
• Strong capability in KPI-based management and Lean methodologies
• Professional working proficiency in English and German
• Ability to work onsite in Sevenum under a Dutch employment contract
