What you will do

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments while reporting any discrepancies.
• Prepare, label, and dispatch shipments according to customer specifications.
• Manage shipping documentation and ensure compliance with import/export requirements.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and customs brokers.
• Register transactions and track operations within the AvSight ERP system.
• Perform material handling tasks including loading and unloading using warehouse equipment.

Requirements

• Valid work and residence permit for the Netherlands is mandatory.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Readiness for a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and periodic on-call duty.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service roles.
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Ability to perform both administrative and physical material handling tasks.

Nice to have

• Forklift driving experience.
• License in Dangerous Goods transport by road and air.
• Knowledge of ASA 100 or Part 145 standards.
• Experience with Salesforce or AvSight.
