What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop the Studio team across Photography, Styling, Logistics, and Studio Assistants.
• Plan and oversee daily studio operations to ensure productivity, quality, and service level targets are met.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and operational excellence.
• Communicate priorities and objectives to ensure alignment across the studio.

Requirements

• Experience as a people leader with a background in e-commerce or studio production.
• Strong understanding of studio operations or high-volume production environments.
• Confident decision-making, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• English: Fluent proficiency required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Location: Must be able to work on-site in Venray, Netherlands.
