What you will do

• Run daily cycle counting and inventory control processes according to written SOPs.
• Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies within a 24-hour SLA.
• Respond and resolve merchant-facing requests via ticketing system within a 2-hour SLA.
• Determine root causes of inventory adjustments and lead efforts to correct them.
• Perform physical location checks and audits requested by merchants within the site.
• Present weekly performance reports during business reviews with partner fulfillment center leaders.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Rilland, Zeeland, Netherlands
• 2+ years of experience with ICQA processes in a 3PL or warehousing environment.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management System (WMS) software.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk continuously for 8-10 hour shifts
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with strong reading comprehension.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently without direct supervision on-site.

Nice to have

• Experience using an RF Scanner.
• Experience communicating directly with customers or vendors.
