What you will do

• Draft and review contract documents, agreements, and instruments using standardized templates.
• Coordinate with the sales team to generate contract documents for gaming and systems equipment.
• Maintain the contract database and filing system for legal documents.
• Ensure contracts meet compliance regulations and have appropriate approvals.
• Conduct research and undertake ad hoc special projects as directed.
• Communicate with internal and external clients via phone, email, and in-person.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (this is a non-attorney position).
• 3-5 years of corporate legal experience.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Las Vegas, NV.
• Proficiency with Oracle, LinkSquares, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and DocuSign.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure high accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Paralegal degree or certification.
• Prior experience in the casino gaming industry.
