What you will do

• Review, redline, and negotiate SaaS, Cloud, and non-disclosure agreements.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and IT teams to align contract terms with business needs.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks while recommending improvements to templates.
• Utilize CLM platforms and legal tools to manage contract workflows efficiently.
• Ensure all agreements comply with legal requirements and relevant US regulations.
• Maintain expertise in cybersecurity and privacy trends affecting contract negotiations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ years of experience as a contract negotiator for Cloud/SaaS agreements.
• Thorough understanding of key provisions in software license agreements.
• Experience negotiating with Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 clients.
• General knowledge of GDPR and privacy provisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Salesforce, and contract management platforms.
