What you will do

• Prepare, review, and process routine commercial agreements including NDAs, SOWs, and vendor contracts.
• Coordinate contract workflows, approvals, and stakeholder communications throughout the lifecycle.
• Maintain contract records, metadata, and renewal schedules to ensure accessibility.
• Assist in developing legal templates, playbooks, and process documentation.
• Support attorney-directed legal matters including research, compliance initiatives, and corporate governance.
• Identify operational and compliance risks and communicate concerns to legal counsel.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Paralegal certificate, bachelor's degree, JD, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of legal experience, preferably in an in-house corporate environment.
• Experience managing commercial contracts and related legal documentation.
• Strong understanding of legal confidentiality, attorney-client privilege, and ethical obligations.
• Proficiency with contract lifecycle management, e-signature, and Microsoft 365 tools.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting software, SaaS, technology, or logistics contracting environments.
• Experience working with global or multi-jurisdictional legal teams.
