What you will do

• Lead daily activities and workflow of the regulatory licensing team to ensure accurate and timely application submissions and renewals.
• Manage licensing requirements for entities, key employees, officers, and principals across multiple jurisdictions.
• Oversee required regulatory filings and analyze licensing regulations to provide guidance to internal business partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial and tribal regulatory agencies during requests, audits, and investigations.
• Develop standard operating procedures and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and consistency.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate direct reports while managing performance and personnel matters.

Requirements

• Must be based in Las Vegas, NV to oversee daily team operations.
• 5-8 years of regulatory compliance experience supporting entity, individual, or occupational licensing.
• At least 1 year of direct people-management or supervisory experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage sensitive information and strict deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced knowledge of ArdentSky or similar licensing software is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
