Salary: $44,700 - $62,920 (Base $62,300 plus commissions)

What you will do

• Initiate contact with potential leads using targeted outreach strategies and BANT criteria to evaluate suitability.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities to surpass daily activity and conversion targets.
• Communicate value propositions of hirify.global technology to prospects and channel partners.
• Manage prospect interactions and data accuracy within Salesforce.
• Coordinate with the Sales team to align on target markets and tailor strategic outreach efforts.
• Utilize AI daily to personalize outreach and prioritize high-value accounts.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in sales development or inside sales, preferably within software sales.
• Proven ability to independently convert marketing strategies into qualified leads.
• Proficiency with sales tools: Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and 6sense.
• Ability to work fluently with AI to create prompts and evaluate results.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Political Science, International Relations) is required.
• Must be based in Raleigh, North Carolina for full-time in-office work.
