What you will do

• Define and communicate an insight-driven product vision and strategy for the Government Solutions portfolio.
• Lead the organizational shift from output-focused delivery to outcome-based business results.
• Recruit, coach, and mentor product managers to mastery, fostering a culture of continuous discovery and delivery.
• Optimize team topology to minimize dependencies and prioritize high-growth innovation opportunities.
• Champion a customer-centered discovery process to validate value, usability, and feasibility before development.
• Collaborate with Engineering to migrate systems to modern, microservices-based platforms to increase agility and scalability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product leadership experience, with at least 5 years at the VP or senior leadership level in a public software or tech-enabled services company.
• Proven track record of transforming feature-team organizations into empowered product-team organizations.
• Experience in complex B2B/B2G/B2C environments (GovTech, transportation, IoT, or other regulated markets).
• Deep understanding of modern platform architecture, including APIs, microservices, and cloud migration.
• Ability to connect product KPIs to financial outcomes and communicate strategy to the CEO and Board.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
