What you will do

• Lead preconstruction activities, including plan review, bid review, and coordination with architects and engineers to identify design deficiencies.
• Manage all aspects of project execution from mobilization to completion, ensuring schedule, quality, and budget objectives are met.
• Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle to build and maintain strong long-term relationships.
• Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, job costing, and managing payment applications.
• Utilize Procore and ERP systems to manage commitments, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Coordinate final project closeout, including punch lists, warranties, and final job cost analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and cost control.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Procore.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Rockland, MA.
