Salary: $100,561 – $145,814

What you will do

• Build and maintain resource-loaded baseline schedules for complex projects using CPM best practices.
• Perform schedule risk analysis and provide data-driven insights to project management teams.
• Validate schedules against DCMA metrics using P6 health checks and Acumen Fuse.
• Conduct critical path analysis to identify potential project impacts and mitigation options.
• Provide peer review support and technical mentoring to P6 Planner/Schedulers.
• Ensure project schedules align with contract requirements and internal procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project scheduling or construction planning.
• Expertise in scheduling software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project.
• Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
