What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of substation and transmission/distribution line projects.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasting, and risk mitigation plans.
• Oversee contractor selection, procurement, and day-to-day performance.
• Coordinate with internal leadership, utility clients, and public-sector stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and technical utility requirements.
• Mentor and provide guidance to less-tenured project managers on the team.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in the Bay Area / Central Coast region, CA.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects through a formal utility gate/stage process.
• Professional experience with MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent scheduling tools.
• Strong knowledge of cost management, budget forecasting, and risk mitigation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• PG&E project experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Familiarity with SAP Financials / Work Management modules.
