What you will do

• Define and communicate a compelling, insight-driven product vision and strategy for the Government Solutions portfolio.
• Lead the organizational shift from output-focused delivery to outcome-based business results, focusing on customer retention and margin expansion.
• Design and optimize Team Topology to foster cross-collaboration between Product Management, Engineering, and Design.
• Coach and mentor product managers and leaders to mastery, elevating product design as a strategic peer to engineering.
• Champion a customer-centered discovery process to validate value, usability, and feasibility before development.
• Partner with Engineering to lead system migration to modern, microservices-based platforms to increase agility and scalability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product leadership experience, with at least 5 years at the VP or senior leadership level in a public software or tech-enabled services company.
• Demonstrated success in transforming feature-team organizations into empowered product team organizations.
• Experience in complex B2B/B2G environments, specifically GovTech, IoT/Smart City, transportation, or other regulated markets.
• Deep technical fluency in modern platform architecture, including APIs, microservices, and cloud migration.
• Strong strategic financial acumen and the ability to connect product KPIs to financial outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
