What you will do

• Own the technical product roadmap, covering new capabilities, platform infrastructure, and technical debt remediation.
• Translate stakeholder needs and product-line requirements into clear technical specifications and epics for Engineering.
• Align Architecture and Engineering teams with non-R&D functions including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Utilize AI tools as core force multipliers to prototype technical approaches, analyze data, and synthesize requirements.
• Monitor platform reliability and performance metrics to drive data-driven technical investment decisions.
• Act as Product Owner to maintain alignment between technical capacity and business-facing objectives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US and eligible to work without sponsorship.
• 5+ years in a SaaS environment, with at least 4+ years specifically in product management.
• Deep technical understanding of APIs, microservices, cloud infrastructure, databases, and networking.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using AI tools to accelerate professional research, analysis, and communication.
• Strong grasp of Agile processes, SDLC, and CI/CD deployment methodologies.
• Ability to derive technical product strategies on a 6–12 month horizon.
