IT Support Engineer (Medtech)

What you will do

• Build and maintain an intuitive technology environment for a distributed team.
• Provide primary IT support coverage during West Coast hours.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning and device lifecycle management.
• Implement and enforce security policies across Okta, Slack, and Google Workspace to protect sensitive patient data.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an IT support or operations role.
• Experience administering Okta, Google Workspace, and Slack.
• Proficiency in supporting Apple hardware and using MDM tools like Jamf or Iru.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with a focus on end-user experience.

Nice to have

• Experience automating repetitive tasks using Okta Workflows, Slack Workflows, or BetterCloud.
• Familiarity with Slack-based IT ticketing tools.
• Experience with security and compliance platforms such as Vanta or Drata.
