What you will do

• Design and build internal infrastructure for identity, SaaS, and cloud platforms from the ground up.
• Implement workflow automation, system integrations, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) at company scale.
• Partner with Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Legal teams to translate business needs into technical system requirements.
• Define and set the architectural direction for internal tooling and infrastructure.
• Manage high-level IT support escalations while developing platforms that prevent recurring issues.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in systems or IT engineering with a strong trajectory toward automation and software engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and scripting for building reliable workflows and API-based integrations.
• Ability to write SQL.
• Experience with identity platforms (e.g., Okta, Entra ID, Auth0) including SSO, SCIM, and access lifecycle management.
• Working knowledge of MDM platforms such as Jamf and/or Intune.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure or AWS infrastructure.
• Experience working in growth-stage companies (Series B–D).

Nice to have

• Practical experience with LLMs and AI agents for automating IT workflows.
• Exposure to compliance frameworks like SOC 2 or FedRAMP.
