• Run GTM recruiting for London/EMEA end-to-end
• Own hiring for SDRs, AE, and GTM roles in London/Europe

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience
• London/European GTM talent market experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple roles, candidates, and timelines
• Experience with ATS tools (Ashby preferred) and productivity tools
• Comfort across time zones with senior stakeholders
