What you will do

• Lead the planning and evolution of global compensation strategy and multi-year roadmap priorities.
• Advise global HR and business leadership on complex matters, including executive compensation, offer strategy, and job architecture.
• Manage and develop a global team of compensation leaders and professionals.
• Partner with Finance and HR leadership on annual operating plan budgeting and equity targets.
• Oversee annual merit, promotion, bonus, and equity programs.
• Drive continuous improvement of systems using Workday automation and responsible AI integration.

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant experience and 7+ years of management experience.
• Proven track record of leading global compensation teams in a complex, multinational organization.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or a quantitative field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Location: Must be based in or relocate to Santa Monica, CA.
