What you will do

• Run the end-to-end monthly commission process, including calculating payouts and managing edge cases.
• Design, track, and troubleshoot SPIFs across various GTM segments such as New Logo, Growth, and Consumption.
• Write and issue compensation plans, including quota setting and base commission rate calculations.
• Draft and propose new compensation policies and oversee the implementation of commission software like CaptivateIQ.
• Monitor rep-level attainment and partner with GTM Analytics to ensure data integrity across systems.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in sales compensation or comp operations, preferably in B2B SaaS or consumption-based business.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets modeling.
• Experience with Salesforce and commission platforms such as CaptivateIQ or Xactly.
• Strong written communication skills for policy documentation and reporting.

Nice to have

• SQL or BI tool experience.
