What you will do

• Partner with Marketing leadership on annual and quarterly budget planning, spend tracking, and re-forecasting.
• Own marketing performance reporting, including funnel conversion, pipeline creation, CAC, and marketing ROI.
• Build and maintain demand generation models connecting marketing investment to pipeline, bookings, and payback.
• Support sales capacity planning, quota setting, and headcount modelling in partnership with Revenue Operations.
• Manage month-end close activities for marketing spend, including accruals and variance analysis.
• Establish spend governance and scalable planning frameworks to support business growth.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, GTM finance, or commercial finance.
• Experience within technology and/or scale-up startup environments.
• Deep fluency in GTM metrics (CAC, LTV, pipeline coverage, ROI).
• Strong financial modeling skills for demand generation and sales capacity planning.
• Ability to influence leadership using data and translate numbers into narratives.
• Must be based in New York City for on-site work.
