What you will do

• Own enterprise-wide compensation analytics, including market benchmarking and total compensation budget forecasting.
• Serve as the primary lead for AI and data strategy within the Compensation function.
• Partner with Finance teams on cash compensation budgets and equity spend modeling.
• Track market trends and provide competitive intelligence on cash, equity, and total rewards.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on major compensation program design and strategic challenges.

Requirements

• Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to transform raw, complex data into actionable insights and tooling.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.
• Strong working fluency in SQL and experience with BI/analytics platforms such as Tableau.
• Solid foundation in job architecture, compensation frameworks, and global pay-for-performance design.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor to Finance and senior leadership on high-stakes decisions.
• Must be based in the United States

• Proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience applying AI to compensation analytics.
