Sr. Manager, Compensation Analytics & Intelligence (AI)

Location: United States

Base salary range: $174,200–$299,550 USD annually, depending on pay zone and candidate-specific factors. Total compensation may also include an annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead AI and data strategy within the Compensation function, partnering with People Intelligence and IT teams.
• Design, architect, test, and deploy automated workflows and AI-driven solutions for core compensation processes.
• Lead enterprise compensation analytics, including total compensation budget forecasting.
• Build analytical frameworks supporting executive compensation program decisions.
• Monitor cash, equity, and total rewards market dynamics and present findings through quarterly business reviews and executive summaries.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in job architecture, compensation structures, market benchmarking, merit and equity review cycles, offer structuring, and financial modeling.
• Ability to transform complex, unstructured datasets into actionable insights, predictive tools, and strategic recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with business intelligence platforms.
• Experience partnering with Finance and senior leadership on complex compensation decisions.
• Commitment to responsible AI use, data privacy, confidentiality, governance, and compliance.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Databricks or other business intelligence platforms.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Practical experience applying AI to compensation analytics.
