What you will do

  • Identify key contacts and decision makers and build strong relationships within assigned healthcare accounts.
  • Create and execute account plans for prospective hospitals, healthcare systems, medical schools, and home health care facilities.
  • Drive new business opportunities to exceed quota and annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Operations, and Implementation to support customer outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, build account profiles, and provide reporting and sales forecasting.
  • Deliver remote product demonstrations (e.g., via Zoom) and support promotional product strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of successful B2B sales experience selling technology solutions in healthcare.
  • Proven track record in prospecting, closing new business, and consistently achieving quota.
  • Experience with consultative selling to identify and solve customer problems.
  • Ability to sell in complex B2B/healthcare environments with multiple influencers and decision makers.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills; fluency in English.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare regulatory environment and ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed organization; travel up to ~40% overnight.
