What you will do
- Identify key contacts and decision makers and build strong relationships within assigned healthcare accounts.
- Create and execute account plans for prospective hospitals, healthcare systems, medical schools, and home health care facilities.
- Drive new business opportunities to exceed quota and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Operations, and Implementation to support customer outcomes.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, build account profiles, and provide reporting and sales forecasting.
- Deliver remote product demonstrations (e.g., via Zoom) and support promotional product strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of successful B2B sales experience selling technology solutions in healthcare.
- Proven track record in prospecting, closing new business, and consistently achieving quota.
- Experience with consultative selling to identify and solve customer problems.
- Ability to sell in complex B2B/healthcare environments with multiple influencers and decision makers.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills; fluency in English.
- Knowledge of the healthcare regulatory environment and ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed organization; travel up to ~40% overnight.
