What you will do

• Lead new market regulatory efforts and oversee business operations for existing markets across the LATAM region.
• Conduct in-depth market research to assess demand, competitive landscapes, and barriers to entry.
• Develop and grow a network of public and private stakeholders to promote Starlink's regional growth.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of commercial opportunities for the Enterprise Sales team.
• Ensure strict adherence to administrative regulations in licenses and address compliance matters.
• Monitor geopolitical, economic, and regulatory risks and develop corresponding mitigation plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, international relations, business, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in market access, business development, or regulatory affairs within telecom, satellite, government, or tech sectors.
• U.S. Government export regulation compliance: Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Nice to have

• 15+ years of relevant experience in the specified sectors.
• Experience with global spectrum management, international trade, or business operations.
• Proven ability to negotiate complex deals and influence policy decisions at senior levels.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing a team of direct reports.
