What you will do

  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to expand the client base, increase awareness of services, and generate revenue.
  • Generate new leads and opportunities, uncover immediate needs, and execute internal/external initiatives to drive profitable growth.
  • Support direct sales by creating and participating in sales meetings and presentations; conduct sales follow-up and close orders.
  • Identify and attend key conferences and trade shows to increase visibility and business opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements; develop and write proposals for prospective clients and facilitate pre-work (e.g., CDA/NDA, MSA, SOW, meeting preparations).
  • Track leads/opportunities/proposals in CRM and coordinate sales metrics reporting; collaborate with marketing and client-facing teams on sales strategy.

Requirements

  • Location: United States
  • At least 5 years of sales experience within the life sciences field.
  • Proven ability to build and work within a team while consistently meeting goals.
  • Strong presentation presence and confidence during customer-facing meetings.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess and resolve difficult business situations.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills; ability to operate in ambiguity and change.
