Salary: $110,000–$130,000 + commissions

What you will do

• Own and optimize the existing portfolio of strategic and technology partnerships.
• Implement a structured framework for partnership health, governance, and executive engagement.
• Identify and secure new strategic partners across adjacent markets including AI, retail media, and consultancies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Client Services to drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand visibility.
• Bring back market intelligence and competitor insights to influence internal strategy.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S.
• 7+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development.
• Proven track record of managing pipeline and revenue targets.
• Strong executive relationship-building and communication skills.
• Experience in digital marketing, affiliate, or marketing technology.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
