Salary: $140,000 - $215,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage a team of engineers building and optimizing the pipeline for cloud workloads, containers, and Kubernetes clusters.
• Drive technical strategy and roadmap while overseeing hiring and talent growth.
• Architect enterprise-grade distributed solutions capable of scaling to millions of requests per second.
• Partner with product management to align proactive security capabilities with customer needs.
• Own validation processes for proactive vulnerability detections using automated workflows.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or US Permanent Resident.
• Must be able to work 3+ days per week on-site from the New York office.
• 7+ years of Software Engineering experience with 3+ years in management positions.
• Experience with distributed data processing (Apache Spark) and streaming platforms (Kafka, Flink, Pinot).
• Expertise in cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Programming proficiency in Golang, Python, or similar languages.
