Salary: $235,000–$265,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and scale a diverse team of Attack Engineers across multiple seniority levels.
• Set technical direction and quality standards for vulnerability research and exploit development.
• Oversee the reverse engineering of application binaries and the rapid weaponization of PoC exploits.
• Drive hiring initiatives and organizational scaling for the Vulnerability Research department.
• Maintain a global view of emerging vulnerabilities to ensure product capabilities remain cutting-edge.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, offensive rigor, and secure software development practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 5+ years of experience leading offensive security, vulnerability research, or red teams.
• 2-3+ years of direct people management experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience, ideally with Python.
• Deep expertise in vulnerability research, reverse engineering (IDA/Ghidra), and exploit development.
• Strong technical communication skills for conveying complex exploits to diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with vulnerability disclosure processes or bug bounty programs.
• Familiarity with C, C++, Rust, or Assembly.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud environments (AWS).
• Relevant security certifications such as OSCP.
