What you will do

• Lead, coach, and grow the SUT team, fostering a high-energy environment with strong ownership and career development.
• Own the roadmap and execution for SUT rollout across development environments, CI, and AI workflows.
• Drive measurable improvements in startup reliability, latency, and cost using SLOs, dashboards, and operational metrics.
• Serve as the technical anchor for the SUT domain, guiding the architecture from legacy systems to a composable, containerized platform.
• Manage operational excellence, including on-call health, incident response, and postmortems.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• 1+ years of experience leading a technical engineering team.
• Strong systems thinking and expertise in distributed systems and Kubernetes-based infrastructure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to align stakeholders and secure buy-in.
• Pragmatic, customer-obsessed mindset with a bias for measurable impact.

• Experience with developer productivity tooling.
