What you will do

• Own the end-to-end demand planning process, translating commercial pipelines and internal schedules into a master demand plan.
• Establish and lead the company's cross-functional S&OP framework to align Sales, Finance, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
• Aggregate internal requirements for Test Engineering, R&D, Reliability, and design validation builds.
• Design and manage part allocation and prioritization plans to balance commercial delivery against internal testing.
• Define core planning metrics and build dashboards for leadership visibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing or complex hardware environments.
• Strong proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (Oracle or SAP preferred) and advanced Excel for data modeling.
• Must be located in or able to work from San Jose, CA.
