Analytics CoE Senior Manager (Biotech)

Location: Boston, MA. The role is Remote-Eligible and may be designated as Remote, Hybrid, or On-Site.

Salary: $144,000–$216,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for an annual bonus and annual equity awards.

What you will do

• Use in-licensed real-world evidence data assets to conduct feasibility assessments, queries, and analyses across therapeutic and disease areas.
• Conduct health economics and outcomes research on disease burden, healthcare resource utilization, costs, comorbidities, treatment patterns, and patient outcomes.
• Develop study protocols, statistical analysis plans, and table shells for observational research.
• Lead execution of data queries and analyses in collaboration with statistical programmers.
• Prepare analytic reports, tables, and visualizations that communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Improve the analytics operating model and maintain reusable programming libraries, macros, and table templates.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in health economics or a related discipline such as mathematics, statistics, economics, or epidemiology.
• Typically six years of relevant health economics and outcomes research experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of observational research methods and experience analyzing disease burden, healthcare utilization, treatment patterns, comorbidities, and health outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with large patient-level healthcare datasets, including claims, EHR/EMR, and hospital chargemaster data.
• Advanced proficiency in SAS programming and Excel, plus knowledge of healthcare diagnostic, procedure, and drug coding systems.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects across therapeutic areas.
