Decision Analytics Associate Consultant - Commercial Analytics Pharma

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States; hybrid work with work-from-home and on-site presence at client or hirify.global offices; travel required for client-facing work.

What you will do

• Develop and apply advanced statistical models to address dynamic business issues for pharmaceutical clients.
• Use analytical techniques and data to support client and internal decision-making.
• Design custom analyses in R, Tableau, SAS, Visual Basic, and Excel.
• Synthesize findings and communicate recommendations through written and oral presentations.
• Manage client relationships, provide project updates, and create project deliverables.
• Guide and mentor Associates while improving problem-solving and consulting capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any discipline with strong quantitative and analytical coursework, such as statistics, data science, econometrics, operations research, applied mathematics, management science, or engineering.
• 2–4 years of relevant post-collegiate experience; a PhD may substitute for work experience.
• Familiarity with AI, including AI coding, and experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong oral and written communication, analytical problem-solving, organization, attention to detail, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in English and authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship are required.
