What you will do

• Lead the onsite design, implementation, and maintenance of AV systems for entertainment projects of various scales.
• Coordinate with AV Creative teams and vendors to ensure the creative vision and design intent are maintained.
• Review and coordinate the development of system documentation, drawings, and project deliverables.
• Manage the inventory, tracking, and logistics of all Entertainment Technical AV equipment.
• Monitor technical performance and coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs for AV systems.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to technical personnel during installations and live operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in theatrical or entertainment audio/video design, implementation, or production.
• Extensive experience in technical AV production specifically for live theme park entertainment.
• Proficiency with software including Q-SYS, QLab, Reaper, Mainstage, Pro Tools, Dante, and IT Networking protocols.
• Knowledge of hardware from Yamaha, Allen & Heath, QSC, Alcorn McBride, Geffen, Blackmagic, and Brightsign.
• Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, and nights as required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
