What you will do

• Serve as the primary Tier 3 escalation point for complex AV system faults and troubleshooting.
• Manage and optimize Google Meet room environments, Q-SYS audio/video platforms, and Crestron control systems.
• Provide technical support for all-hands stages, high-visibility event spaces, and LED video walls.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors for repairs and RMA processes.
• Implement proactive system health checks, firmware validation, and root cause resolution strategies.
• Maintain documentation and track metrics using ITSM platforms like Jira.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience with Google Meet hardware room solutions.
• Advanced troubleshooting expertise with Q-SYS platforms (Core, DSP, AV-over-IP).
• Strong experience with Crestron control systems and scheduling platforms.
• Deep understanding of AV signal flow and networked AV architectures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces.
• Must be based in New York, NY.

Nice to have

• Q-SYS Certifications (Level 1, 2, Control, or UCI Designer).
• Crestron Certified Programmer or Technician certifications.
• Dante Level 1–3 certification.
• AVIXA CTS certification.
• Experience with Shure Microflex Wireless and MXA systems.
