What you will do

• Monitor the quality of satellite and streaming channels in real-time and address problems immediately.
• Control systems for playout, automation, scheduling, routing, and audio file storage.
• Perform first-line triage of technical alarms and document observations for escalation.
• Coordinate with shift supervisors, maintenance staff, and media engineering to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Complete and manage Incident Management tickets for review and resolution.

Requirements

• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
• 0-2 years of experience in broadcast operations.
• Proficiency with digital audio editing, broadcast automation, digital routing, and QC workflows.
• Flexibility to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Previous master control experience.
• Creative writing ability.
