What you will do

• Provide high-level technical support for meetings, conferences, and events at assigned client sites.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot AV equipment including projectors, displays, microphones, and speakers.
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure client rooms and systems operate optimally.
• Diagnose and resolve system issues using test equipment and document performance.
• Coordinate equipment servicing, RMA processing, and repairs with manufacturers.
• Maintain detailed records of work requests and daily activities within ticketing systems.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the United States (I-9 verification).
• Ability to pass background and driving record checks.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined or hard-to-reach spaces.

Nice to have

• 1-2 years of AV systems support experience.
• AVIXA CTS or manufacturer certifications (e.g., Biamp, Crestron).
• Experience troubleshooting video walls, DSP systems, and control systems.
• Knowledge of computer networking configuration and troubleshooting.
• Post-secondary degree or technical training certification.
