Product Operations and Implementation Analyst

Location: Flexible hybrid schedule; work authorization in Canada is required. The role is based at 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026, then moves to 3 Robert Speck Parkway in Mississauga.

Salary: CAD 79,000–101,000 annual base salary, plus a discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Support product launch planning with product solutions, development, operations, and implementation teams.
• Develop project plans, target timelines, intake materials, approval documentation, and launch deliverables.
• Communicate product roadmaps and project updates to business partners and external service providers.
• Coordinate project resourcing, schedules, deliverables, risks, and issues across product workstreams.
• Support product initiatives and fund events requiring project management, including ETF migrations, name changes, and clearing broker onboarding.
• Conduct feasibility gap analyses and contribute to post-project reviews and recommendations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the mutual fund or investment industry.
• University degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong relationship-building, oral communication, and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Current authorization to work in Canada.
