Implementation Analyst

Location: Hybrid in Toronto, with time in the Liberty Village office

Salary: CAD 64,000–75,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, and market data.

What you will do

• Lead multiple SaaS implementation projects concurrently as the project lead.
• Scope, plan, and track projects, including meetings, deliverables, milestones, risks, and issues.
• Translate customer needs into technical and functional platform requirements.
• Execute end-to-end implementations within two to four months and coordinate communication and user adoption plans.
• Work with internal teams, clients, developers, and designers to guide projects from concept to deployment.
• Maintain project documentation, tracking, reporting, knowledge transfer, and business continuity.

Requirements

• Experience in software implementation, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Experience configuring and implementing software applications.
• Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent short-term projects and complex, tight schedules.
• Experience identifying and resolving risks and issues, setting priorities, and proposing delivery strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• University degree in a related field.
