Group Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Toronto, ON, Canada. Work arrangement details, including the proportion of on-site and remote work, will be discussed during the interview.

Annual base salary: CAD 92,490–127,200, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive or bonus program.

What you will do

• Maintain and strategically develop assigned Investor’s Edge product initiatives.
• Create product objectives, manage the product vision and roadmap, and prioritize requirements.
• Oversee end-to-end product delivery and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and clients.
• Review competitor platforms, technologies, partners, and brokerage capabilities to produce product intelligence.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Strategy, Retail Banking, and other teams.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through process improvements and automation, while addressing client pain points.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the retail brokerage industry working with financial products.
• Strong understanding of equity and options trading and the associated regulatory landscape.
• Experience defining requirements, prioritizing features, and delivering trading products or platforms.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Canadian Securities Course (CSC) completion is highly likely for this role.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada and, where applicable, a valid work or study permit.
