Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 CAD

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles for cross-functional payments initiatives, including planning, budgeting, and implementation.
• Monitor and report on project scope, schedule, risks, and health indicators against defined KPIs and governance structures.
• Lead project retrospectives and requirement sessions to document outcomes and track action items.
• Manage internal and external vendor relationships to ensure project delivery and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Provide administrative oversight of project resources throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive communications to project sponsors and senior management to ensure transparency and alignment.

Requirements

• Eligibility to work in Canada in a full-time capacity is mandatory.
• 3+ years of experience managing technical and business projects, preferably in financial services or IT.
• Strong proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, and Confluence.
• University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven ability to influence multi-functional teams and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
