Project Manager (Fintech)

Location: Toronto; flexible hybrid work model. Eligibility to work for hirify.global Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity is required.

Salary: CAD 90,000–105,000 annually, plus eligibility for a short-term incentive plan.

What you will do

• Manage multiple cross-functional technical and business projects supporting the Payments product from planning through delivery.
• Build project plans, schedules, budgets, reports, governance processes, and change-management approaches.
• Manage scope, risks, dependencies, resources, vendors, communications, and project health indicators.
• Lead PCI DSS audits, assessments, evidence collection, remediation, security initiatives, and compliance activities.
• Facilitate requirements sessions and retrospectives, document outcomes, and follow up on assigned actions.
• Communicate project status and decisions to sponsors, senior management, internal teams, and external partners.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing technical and business projects, preferably in financial services, information technology, product development, or business transformation.
• University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience and certifications.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, or Planview PPM.
• Experience delivering technology projects supporting product development and infrastructure.
• Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder-management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Eligibility to work in Canada for hirify.global Corp. in a full-time capacity.

Nice to have

• PMP or Scrum Master certification.
• Experience in financial services, PCI DSS, security, compliance, or product development environments.
