Salary: $158,500–$218,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage company-wide quality and reliability programs, business processes, standards, methods, and procedures.
• Develop quality and reliability training courses and maintain their alignment with current programs.
• Analyze operational data to define quality and reliability program requirements.
• Consult with operating units to apply quality and reliability practices and drive continuous improvement.
• Evaluate operations against quality standards and recommend effective practices for engineering and manufacturing.
• Lead, train, evaluate, and manage employees across multiple related teams while allocating resources and resolving complex organizational and technical problems.

Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of concepts and principles within the quality and reliability job family.
• In-depth understanding of how the discipline integrates within the business segment or function.
• Experience managing multiple related teams, setting organizational priorities, and allocating resources.
• Ability to identify and resolve complex technical, operational, and organizational problems.
• Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.
• Compliance with hirify.global' Standards of Business Conduct is required.
