Location: Santa Clara, California, United States; onsite role with 25% travel

Salary: $163,000–$224,000 per year

What you will do

• Capture corrective actions and lessons learned in new product design intent.
• Contribute to FMECA, CAPA, and failure analysis activities.
• Develop service procedures and Best Known Methods for new products.
• Participate in engineering design reviews and resolve top field issues with Quality & Reliability.
• Own beta-site test plans and reporting while driving issue resolution with Engineering.
• Coordinate technical training, train-the-trainer programs, and stocking of required service parts.

Requirements

• Expertise in a specialized technical discipline or field.
• Ability to interpret business and engineering challenges and recommend product, process, or service improvements.
• Experience leading teams or projects with moderate complexity and resource requirements.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills, including the ability to lead resolution of complex issues.
• Ability to communicate difficult concepts and negotiate technical solutions with stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel 25% of the time.
