What you will do

• Design, collect data, analyze results, and prepare reports for complex process engineering experiments.
• Perform hardware characterization and measure film properties across difficult systems.
• Troubleshoot process engineering issues, conduct root cause analysis, and develop resolutions.
• Create product documentation, presentations, and technical reports.
• Communicate with customers and collaborate with vendors and suppliers to resolve technical issues.
• Implement new technologies, products, and analytical instrumentation; support junior colleagues and lead project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 4–7 years of related experience.
• Conceptual and practical expertise in solving complex problems.
• Ability to work onsite in Santa Clara, California.
• Willingness to travel 10% of the time.
